Start packing the items that you do not use or do not plan to use in the coming days. Make sure to pack only those items that do not strain you much, both physically and mentally. Do not climb stairs or stools or bend down to pack items. Do not strain yourself and try to pack a few items everyday rather than trying to pack everything in one day. Take breaks when you are packing and keep yourself properly hydrated. Ask friends and neighbors for help. Call friends over for the weekend and let them help you in packing.
